{Ashley} My move from a Corolla to a Pacifica (7 photos).

So I’m going to pop this blog’s cherry with a post about my recent car accident. Many of you may already know, but this is in case you missed the momentous event… Or just want to see the damage.

For almost two years, I was the proud owner of a 2009 Toyota Corolla. The car was dependable, great on gas, and overall, fantastic. (I will highly recommend them to anyone interested in getting one. Hell, mine withheld a rollover accident!)

About two weeks ago though, at approximately one thirty in the morning, on a dirt road, swerving to avoid a deer, my car ended up being totalled. I spun out, slid to the side of the road, and rolled over into the edge of a swamp. I was the only one in the car, no other cars were involved, and I ended up walking away physically with only bruises (emotionally, with a whole new load of issues).

So yes, I am okay. Yes, I know to just hit the damn deer next time. And yes, I have a new car. I am now the proud owner of an ’05 Chrysler Pacifica. I’m told it’s a mom-car all the way…
